Products from are perishable food items, returns will not be allowed. All issues regarding the quality of our products should be directed to customer service for resolution. Lapel Kitchen will make it our priority to replace products or credit back to you account purchase products strive to provide great customer service and products to our clients. All customer feedback are welcome to help improve your dining experience. Cooking delicious meal is our pride, when you order from put your mind at ease that you meal will be delicious and worth every single bite. If you receive you meal spoiled or damaged or if one of our dish is not to your satisfaction, just let us know and we will replace it free of charge or credit your account for the product. Spoiled or unsatisfactory meals should be reported to customer service within 24 hours of receiving your dishes. Replacement meal will be shipped out the following week. Refunds and Credit will be issued 48 to 72 hours after report to customer service.
